Shelburne Fire Station

Our present station was designed by McCulla & Lindberg, and built by Rosenthal Construction in 1983
The station has three double deep bays. The ground floor houses Engines 1, 2 and 3, Sqaud 4, Tanker 5 and Marine 1. The ground floor also has a tool room , compressor & hose storage room, hose dryer, a uni-sex bathroom with shower, an industrial washing machine.

The second floor houses a meeting hall, Secretary's office, Chief's office, full kitchen, 1/2 bath, a storage area and a TV room that includes a large-screen television and a pool table.

Critical portions of the building are equipped with emergency power so that the Department can remain functional during a power emergency. Emergency power is provided to the heating system, the truck bays and the kitchen.
